Our Sparkling wines
Choose an Italian wine, it will not disappoint you! Our sparkling wines are not to envy to the more famous (and expensive) French “cousins”. Also, remember a basic rule of pairing wine with courses: dry sparkling wine becomes metallic and unpleasant when accompanied by desserts. Therefore, uncork a large bottle of sparkling wine right at the beginning of the meal: it will be an excellent companion for aperitifs, crudités, roasted fish and vegetables, mozzarella, burrata, soft cheeses, first and second fish dishes.
